Sweet Salt is subtly inspired by K-pop and J-pop videos/sound. The crazy, outward and peculiar nature of the content is both wacky and enticing.

Sweet Salt was a new work by Holly Newsome for Footnote NZ Dance created and performed in 2017 for their national NZ tour of their triple bill show, The Rebel Pink. The show was designed to be sight specific with the moveable pink dance floor and live sound played on stage with the dancers.
